Flexfit 6100NU nu Series — the classic, rebuilt
The nu Series is Flexfit going back over its own best-known cap and fixing the things nobody complained about but everybody noticed. The front panel is built in three layers and the internal seams are sealed with tape, which produces a front face that’s noticeably flatter and smoother than a standard six-panel — no ridge running up the middle, no puckering where the panels meet.
That smooth front is why this style has become a favorite among people who put artwork on caps: a flat surface takes detail cleanly. If you’re ordering blanks to decorate, this is the one to look at.
ActiveGuard treatment handles odor over long wear, and the fabric has a slight stretch to it, so the cap gives without losing its shape. It’s a fitted cap, closed back, with the YP four-bar mark placed subtly on the wearer’s right side.
Getting the size right
S/M fits 6¾” to 7¼”. L/XL fits 7⅛” to 7⅝”. If you land in the overlap, S/M is the snugger wear.
