Flexfit 6277 Wooly Combed — the one everybody orders
If you’ve worn a Flexfit, odds are it was this one. The 6277 is the style that built the brand’s reputation, and the reason is the fabric: a combed blend that reads like wool — that slightly heathered, substantial, cold-weather look — without any of wool’s problems. It doesn’t itch, doesn’t shrink in the wash, and doesn’t need special handling.
It’s a fitted cap with a closed back, so there’s no strap or plastic adjuster interrupting the crown. Clean from every angle, which is why it photographs well and why it’s the default pick for teams, shops, and anyone who wants a cap that looks considered rather than thrown together.
Getting the size right
S/M fits 6¾” to 7¼”. L/XL fits 7⅛” to 7⅝”. Those overlap slightly, so if you’re in the middle, S/M wears snugger and L/XL wears looser. To measure, run a soft tape around your head about an inch above the ears, level all the way around.
